About this apartment rental
This charming, romantic, completely renovated apartment is within walking distance to virtually all downtown attractions, restaurants and shops. It is also just 3-4 miles from multiple beaches. We provide 2 beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler.
The bathroom features a large walk in shower, soaking tub, double vanity and Carrara marble tiles. The fully equipped kitchen has all new appliances, cupboards and quartz counter tops. The bedroom has a queen sized bed as well as a queen sized sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is ideal for a couple or couple with children as access to the bathroom is through the bedroom.
Key Lime Oasis is nestled on a tree lined residential section of historic Saint Augustine. It was named by long term residents of the neighborhood because of its color and appearance. These fine ladies told us that our home makes them think of the sweetness without the calories. Hence Key Lime Oasis was born. As the name implies, it offers sweetness, peace and tranquility yet is less than two short blocks from the start of many of St Augustine's attractions.
Our favorite part of this apartment is the large front porch where you can relax, enjoy your morning and evening beverages, people watch and mingle with the neighbors. There are smart TVs in the living room and bedroom, no cable. We provide a complimentary parking pass to the city garage located 2 blocks from the apartment, a 6-minute walk. The driveway is used for loading/unloading only.

The property was well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was perfect for exploring the historic district. We parked our car in a nearby garage when we arrived and were able to walk everywhere for the rest of our trip, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.

We were visiting for a wedding. The location of this property is perfect. You can walk to everything that’s worth seeing. The house was clean and well stocked with everything you need. We hope to come back again soon.

We really loved our stay here. The size of the apartment was perfect for two adults and one child. The bathroom was really nice, and the kitchen was absolutely sufficient for preparing meals in. We were worried about not having parking at the house, but the garage was very easy and convenient. Almost everything in St. Augustine that we wanted to see was walkable from the house, and the walk to the garage was super pleasant when we needed the car. Connie was a kind and attentive host. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Connie's lovely home was perfect for our stay! It was pristinely clean, very well apportioned with every little thing you could need in the kitchen and bathroom, ideal location for walking to shops, restaurants and historical sights. Her communication was prompt and we even got to say hello in person one day. Thank you for having us in your lovely home and we would highly recommend to anyone else wanting to enjoy the St. Augustine area!
