We de-listed the property because the city was installing sewer and water lines on and around our property--not conducive to R&R! Now, all quiet on the home front. This property was amazing! The location was superb not only because Main St. Boerne was only a 3 minute drive, but it was also a central enough location to be able to take daytrips to some of the surrounding Hill Country towns with only a 30 - 45 minute drive.In addition, the property is a little over 3 acres and feels very secluded even though it is very close to Main St.The house was very nicely decorated and very spacious. It had all the amenities we needed. We didn't get to spend much time in the pool since we were busy taking daytrips, but it has a huge pool with a hot tub.The owners were very friendly and easy going. Upon arrival we were given a short tour of the house to be sure we could find everything easily.We loved this place and will definitely stay again!

My husband and I LOVED our stay!! We celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary here! We wanted low key, private this was spot on! We stay at the pool all day we loved it!!! Now the King size bed was the MOST comfortable bed I have ever slept on at a vrbo!!! I wanted to stay in bed all day! I cant get over how soft the bed was! Frank and Suzanne are awesome host. I loved seeing the dogs. We already want to come back again!!!
