About the home
The ground level of this townhome has a private single-car garage (there is also additional visitor parking available underground), a spacious foyer entrance with in-suite laundry, and a media room centred on custom cabinetry with large TV and a wet bar. The media room can be expanded to outdoor living through the sliding doors to an outdoor gas fireplace sitting area and the private hot tub. Please note that the wood-burning fireplace in the living room area is currently deactivated and must not be used.

One level up a semi-open concept main living level features the professional wrap-around kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a built-in espresso machine, and island seating. A dining room is situated off another entranceway with a powder room. The sunk-in living room is with access to expanded outdoor living on the covered balcony with a built-in BBQ. Views of the valley trail and mountains can be enjoyed from the private balcony.

Fitzsimmons Walk is a phenomenal location blending seclusion with easy access to many resort amenities of Whistler. You will feel right at home in this close-knit community comprising of 41 townhomes made up of local residents and five star accommodation adjacent to Fitzsimmons creek. The complex is located right across the road from Nester's liquor and grocery store and multiple restaurants or a 10 minute walk North of Whistler's marketplace, home to many of Whistler's best shops, bars and restaurants. Guests can enjoy secure, gated underground parking here! Buses connect this complex to the village centre in just under 4 minutes. During the Winter, you are easily connected to both Whistler & Blackcomb mountain from the Nancy Greene stop on your doorstep. Year round you can take a bus from the Nester's road stop which is only a 4 minute walk from the complex.

This townhome was amazing loved the luxurious feel of the home! From the built in espresso machine to the outdoor fire pit lounge area and heated bathroom floors. We had a slight hiccup but the owner was quick to help and resolve the issue. I had thought this property would be more walkable to the village based on the times listed maybe doable in the summer but impossible in the winter

Had a great experience at this property. Location is ideal. Very walkable to grocery, shopping, restaurants etc. All amenities you would want were provided. Overall a really ideal stay for our family. Would come back.
