Montebello by Whistler Premier

Great location. Comfortable and spacious house with hot tub. Clean and well maintained.

We liked everything about our stay, from the ease of getting into the condo, the central location, the comfortable beds, hot tub & everything we needed for food prep in the kitchen.

There wasn't a thing we would change.l

The unit provided enough space for 7 friends spending a weekend to celebrate a birthday. We weren't short on linens or towels and even though we didn't cook meals, the kitchen was fully-equipped and had plenty of tableware, cookware, utensils, etc. We didn't use the hot tub, but it's a great bonus. The Montebello is in a quieter area, just a short walk/bike away from the village shops & restaurants. The key code for entry is very convenient, we didn't have to pick up any physical keys. We were looking for a chill weekend getaway and the Montebello, with its location & amenities, was the best fit.

Not exactly a dislike but the front door keypad was a bit confusing as we were expecting a keypad like that of the parking garage (9 digits). We did figure it out though.

I liked the location and beautiful sounding and nice luxurious furniture, beds,... I also enjoyed the hot tub, and it felt like we are at home.

After booking, I realized there is a barbecue, my wife contacted them over the phone to confirm if the BBQ is available and the propane tank is full. They confirmed the fact and we planned our meals based on that. We did our grocery shopping for the trip based on that just to arrive and realize it doesn't excist there. After calling them they denied it was advertised, and denied us calling them. Later on I realized we had booked a unit that was equipped with BBQ but they assigned another unit that didn't have it. They didn't offer any solution other than denying all of above.
