About the home
The ground level of this townhome has a private double car garage, with a boot dryer, a spacious foyer entrance with in-suite laundry, and a large closet. A quaint living/media area with a wet bar has access to a private hot tub and outdoor gas fireplace sitting area. Please note that the wood-burning fireplace in the living room area is currently deactivated and must not be used.

The next floor up is a semi-open concept living area and features a professional wrap-around kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a built-in espresso machine, and island seating. A dining room is situated off a second entranceway with a powder room. The sunk-in living room is centred on a gas fireplace with access to expanded outdoor living on the covered balcony with a built-in BBQ and views of the Valley Trail and mountains.

Fitzsimmons Walk is a phenomenal location blending seclusion with easy access to many resort amenities of Whistler. You will feel right at home in this close-knit community comprising of 41 townhomes made up of local residents and five star accommodation adjacent to Fitzsimmons creek. The complex is located right across the road from Nester's liquor and grocery store and multiple restaurants or a 10 minute walk North of Whistler's marketplace, home to many of Whistler's best shops, bars and restaurants. Guests can enjoy secure, gated underground parking here! Buses connect this complex to the village centre in just under 4 minutes. During the Winter, you are easily connected to both Whistler & Blackcomb mountain from the Nancy Greene stop on your doorstep. Year round you can take a bus from the Nester's road stop which is only a 4 minute walk from the complex.

The property was perfect for our stay. Better attention to ensuring the necessary codes are given with the welcome information if the property is self check-in. It could have been much easier. Also there was construction dust and construction tools on the main balcony. This also caused a bit of commotion of our stay. Once we got settled and cars in the garage our stay was very nice. We had all we needed and it was a very comfortable stay.
