YOU will LOVE being TWO BLOCKS away from one of the MOST SCENIC COASTLINES IN THE WORLD. This PRISTINE family home is well appointed and decorated for COMFORT and STYLE. The GRANITE OPEN CONCEPT KITCHEN with center island is perfect for cooking and conversation. Complete with gas range, microwave oven, toaster oven, two coffee makers, popcorn machine, toaster, and all the essentials for preparing your favorite meals. The cupboards are filled with spices, oils, vinegars, and morning coffee. We take special care to make sure the house is well stocked with all the paper goods you will need for your visit. The house manager will also stock the house with your personal groceries before your arrival if you would like to employ those services. WATCH A MOVIE as you cook dinner because the kitchen is open to the HUGE TV room with a comfortable sectional sofa which hosts a LARGE SCREEN APPLE TV with a Netflix subscription and access to other programming you might enjoy. The family room is well stocked with games for family and friends as well as a toy box for children. The forma living room hosts additional seating and BEAUTIFUL GAS FIREPLACE WITH MANTLE. The LARGE MASTER SUITE is on the upper level and features its own separate office area, private bath and KING BED. Step out to your private balcony area and view the Pacific Ocean in the distance. The tiled bathrooms are filled with plenty of plush towels, hair dryer, bath/body and shampoo product and a first aid kit. Our LOCATION lends itself to attending any event on the Monterey Peninsula whether it be PACIFIC GROVE, CARMEL, MONTEREY, OR PEBBLE BEACH. Located on a quiet street just off the WORLD FAMOUS 17 MILE DRIVE THROUGH PEBBLE BEACH you and your family can enjoy this THREE BEDROOM, 2 bath retreat in Pacific Grove. This METICULOUS FAMILY FRIENDLY home (2250 sq ft) is nestled in A QUIET SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD WALKING DISTANCE to town. The backyard is enclosed for children to play. The outside deck area has four Adirondack Chairs & a new GAS BARBECUE GRILL. Special requests are taken for PACK AND PLAYS AND A HIGHCHAIR to make your traveling a bit lighter. The location of this home is perfect for all activities in Carmel, Pebble Beach, Monterey and Pacific Grove. It is less than a five-minute walk to some of the most scenic Pacific Ocean views and walking trails. Pacific Grove was once listed as Life Magazines most 'Romantic City' in America. Easy access to Pebble Beach gate makes it ideal for attending Pebble Beach functions. Take a drive to Big Sur and experience some of the most magnificent scenery in the world. Wine taste in Carmel and Carmel Valley. The Monterey Peninsula has so much to offer. Visit the historic Cannery Row and Monterey Bay Aquarium just minutes away. This home is perfect location to do it all. We are a low impact rental. We are looking for respectful guests that respect the home and our neighbors. We do not allow events or parties. Our rental structure is for 30 days or more as mandated by law.
