On a corner lot filled with trees including redwoods, pines and oaks, this peaceful setting is the perfect Refuge in which to relax, unwind and rejuvenate. Located inside the exclusive, gated Pebble Beach® Community where beaches, golf and scenic drives await you. Also located near Pacific Grove and its restaurants, shops and conveniences.

Living Spaces
Lofty ceilings with skylights and wood floors grace this comfortable 2,200 sf home.
The home is mostly single-level but with 1 step up from the the family room into the living room and 1 step up from the kitchen level to the primary bedroom.
Open-concept family/dining/kitchen space is a wonderful space for gathering family and friends and there is a separate formal living room.
The family room has a large L-shaped Sofa near the gas fireplace and WiFi-enabled TV with streaming options (guests should bring their own logins to their subscription platforms) and nearby is a wooden dining table with seating for the whole family to enjoy meals, chats and games.
The well-equipped kitchen is ready to help you put together some meals to share while you make memories together.
Outside, in the private, fenced back yard, you'll find seating options near a gas fire pit.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Two of the bedrooms have Wi-Fi-enabled TVs with streaming options (guests should bring their own logins to their subscription platforms).
