Living Spaces
This spacious 3,000 sf, two-level home is thoughtfully furnished and designed for comfort and relaxation. The living room features a Smart TV and a cozy gas fireplace. Radiant floor heating downstairs adds an extra touch of warmth. Large windows upstairs frame the coastal scenery, bringing the beauty of the outdoors in. Perched above the shoreline, the inviting ocean-view deck with its spectacular views of Monterey Bay is ideal for relaxing while listening to the waves below.
Two fully-equipped kitchens (main house and downstairs guest suite) make it easy to prepare meals at home, whether you’re serving fresh local seafood or a casual breakfast before heading out. The sophisticated dining table seats 8. Prefer to dine out? You’ll find a wide array of cafés, restaurants, and shops just a short stroll away.
The living room and four of the bedrooms have WIFI-enabled Smart TVs. Guests should bring the logins for their streaming subscriptions in order to view programming.
Upstairs Bedrooms:
Bedroom #1 features a stunning primary suite designed to elevate your stay. Bedroom #2 features a plush queen bed, Smart TV, built-in bay window seat, and a private balcony with views of the Bay. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower and a built-in vanity.
Downstairs Bedrooms:
Bedroom #3 features a clean, modern aesthetic with a queen bed, Smart TV, built-in storage and a desk that can be used for work or as a vanity console. A sliding door leads outside to the terraced back yard.
An adjacent full bathroom on this lower level features a walk-in shower, oversized mirror, and generous built-in storage.
Bedroom #4 features a full Guest Suite including a kitchen, ensuite bathroom, laundry room, wall-mounted Smart TV, and a gorgeous view of the Bay. The open-concept layout features a cozy sleeping area with a plush queen bed, soft recessed lighting, ceiling fan, and radiant floor heating to create a relaxing retreat. Elegant curtains can be drawn to separate the sleeping area from the common area. A separate entrance allows for easy access to the terraced backyard with its additional seating to take in the fresh air and views of the Bay.
A four person dinette is perfect for meals, work, or game nights, and the sleek kitchenette is fully equipped with modern appliances, generous cabinetry, and everything needed for easy meal preparation.
5th Sleeping Accommodations: Downstairs Children's Playroom / Sleeping Alcove - This versatile space can be used as a cozy kids’ sleeping area, featuring a comfortable twin bed with a convenient trundle. A stylish console table and chair provide space for books, games, or essentials, while a lamp adds warm lighting for reading or winding down. Adjacent built-in cabinets provide for additional storage.
A washer and dryer upstairs and a combined washer/dryer downstairs are provided for guest use.
No pets are allowed in this home.
There is a two car garage for parking compact vehicles (garage openings are narrow); Larger vehicles may park in the driveway. Street parking is very limited but more parking can be found 1 block in either direction.
There are four exterior cameras which are monitored regularly for security.
This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
