Clean, quiet and comfortable

Immaculately clean, quiet and very comfortable bed. The hosts kind and accommodating. We were only there a night but had everything you’d need for a longer stay. Bus to airport is a 5 minute walk. Don’t forget you need cash to pay the tourist tax!

Superb apartment with charming host 9 minutes from FCO.

Great location for stress free early flights from FCO. Great restaurants easy walking distance from the apartment. We really enjoyed living in the neighborhood, even for a short time. Fully equipped, air conditioned and absolutely immaculate. Communication with Iole was super easy and delightful. Her apartment and garden exceeded our expectations and we would stay with her again in a heartbeat. Thanks!!

A comfortable location, very close to Fiumicino Airport

It was exactly as we expected and suited our needs perfectly. We stayed there on the night we arrived (late arrival) and on the night before our flight back home (early departure). The hosts were charming and very welcoming. We arrived super super later at night but they immidiately made us feel welcomed and at ease. The apartment is very spacious and spotless clean and had everything we needed.

Lovely spot to relax between flights

The couple that owns the property is fantastic and extremely helpful in every way. Our flight was delayed and they happily waited for us to check it last 1am. They organised an early taxi for us back to the airport when we left as well. There is a number of great cafes and restaurants question walking distance. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, comfortable and everything worked great.

Excellent one night stopover!

Out host met us upon arrival and was extremely helpful and informative and made us feel very welcomed. She recommended a couple of restaurants within walking distance. We went to the seafood restaurant which was excellent. The lower level (main floor) of the house was traditional in decor and exceptionally clean and well taken care of. It was great to have a kitchen available although we did not cook but we had an expresso in the morning and some packaged snacks that were there for us. She arranged for a taxi to come and take us to the airport which was great! Highly recommended if you need a place close to the airport!

Perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay before our flight out of FCO.

My daughter & I loved it! It was a traditional Italian home with all the amenities with the charm of original style - not the modern style of many refurbished apartments. The weather was lovely, so we kept the windows and doors open during the day and because the property had a wall, felt very safe. Barking dogs at night compelled us to close up & turn on the AC unit and we slept great. We walked around the neighborhood in the evening and had an amazing seafood dinner at Mammaro’s. The host assisted us in setting up a taxi to the airport for an early morning flight which was very helpful. Just a consideration…we brought the train from Rome to FCO and took the local bus to a stop within walking distance of the property. It was very complicated & time consuming for us…getting the ticket, figuring out where to get off, etc. We were being adventurous, but in the future, I would set up transport with a taxi - the hosts provided a number for us to coordinate one, so I’m confident it would be much easier than our experience with the bus.

Such a lovely property! Very spacious, well organized and lovely hosts! There are also a few supermarkets close by as well which helped a lot! They even gave us bread, muffins, water, milk, etc. which we are extremely thankful for! We were only there for one night but it was super comfortable! Thank you so much for everything!!!

We had a little bit of trouble getting to the property as we couldn’t find tickets/bus (cotral bus) to get there! However it’s not the hosts fault and when we messaged them, they replied right away and helped us so thank you so much!

Nice place close to the airport

We had morning flight from FCO airport ans stayed here just for one night. The place is super nice and the hosts are lovely people.

We took taxi when came and left this place to FCO airport due to the timing. But there is also a bus coming here.

Superb

The apartment is spacious and cozy and has everything that you might need (fridge, kitchen, washing machine, air condition). Parking is available at the street at no charge. The hosts were wonderful and greeted us upon arrival to give us the keys and shows us around the apartment. The airport and the car rental agencies are about 10' away. TIP: Visit restaurant Mammaro (make sure to book beforehand), which is close to the apartment

The Wi-Fi was only available in the living room, not the bedroom. The mattress was old, it could use a change

Great location, less than 10mins from the airport. The home was spotless and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and proper bathroom products. The hosts were so sweet and welcoming, they made us feel right at home. They were very helpful with arranging everything including an early morning taxi and even provided us with some breakfast! Breakfast was not that important to us. We were catching an early flight out of Rome. Location was great. Close to the airport. A 5 -10 minute Taxi ride. The place was spotless and the host was helpful and willing to provide any assistance required.

Great value for money solution if you need to stay close to the airport

Iole is a super Host. She was quickly responsive to any of our request, including the pick up of our luggages for a little charge from the airport of Fiumicino before the normal check in time. This allowed us to go straight to Rome while we returned in the appartment only in the evening. The apartment is spotless clean, beautifully decorated and Iole was very helpful throughout all our stay. I highly recommend you to pick up this apartment if you need to keep close to the airport. There is a 10 minutes drive from Fiumicino airport. We reached the apartment by bus (1.20 euro ticket if bought outside the bus), and a little walk, while taxi service from airport can be expensive despite the short distance (30 euro minimum). You can ask in advance Iole to arrange a pick up service which will be quicker than the bus and more convinient than a regular taxi.

A wonderful place to stay, close to Rome's airport.

Gianfranco collected me from the airport, a few minutes after I texted. He was super-friendly and showed me around the apartment, which is spacious, clean and very well-organised. The bed was comfortable and the continental breakfast was generous. I was so impressed that I sent photos to my wife!

Nothing! Both Iole and Gianfranco were friendly and helpful, their place is a few minutes drive from the airport, and the apartment was beautifully clean and well-prepared for my arrival. I would very happily stay there again.
