Locația este foarte buna, aproape de plaja dar si de stația de tren (s-a făcut foarte ușor deplasarea spre Roma).
Magazine aproape pentru a prepara in casa, dar si terase si restaurante.
O instalație de aer condiționat si in al doilea dormitor ar fi perfecta.
Putina întreținere / înlocuire a sistemelor de închidere a geamurilor si ușilor ar trebui avută în vedere.

Velmi dobrá, rychlá a přesná komunikace s hostitelkou. Vstřícnost k našim požadavkům.
Obě velké manželské postele perfektně čisté, na matracích se spalo dobře.
Spotřebiče v kuchyni a pračka fungovaly bez problémů.
Celý dům je i ve veřejných chodbách čistý a upravený, výtah čistý a funkční. Příjemná je přítomnost vrátného u vchodu do areálu spojených domů.
Bylo by vhodné trochu více kuchyňského nádobí.

Sehr schön geräumige Wohnung, nah am Bahnhof und nah zum Strand, Conad und Bäcker direkt um die Ecke, mit Nordostbalkon (also tagsüber Schatten, was hier im Sommer ein Vorteil ist!). War nur ein bisschen lieblos ausgestattet (keine Möbel auf dem Balkon, keine Nachttischlampen, in einem Bad keine Brille auf dem Klo, in einem Zimmer keine Klimaanlage, die Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer defekt), aber: Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut und Übergabe sowie sonstige Kommunikation super unkompliziert.
Wie gesagt: eine Brille auf dem Klo im zweiten Bad, Nachttischlampen im Schlafzimmer, ein paar Möbel (kleiner Tisch, zwei Stühle?) auf dem Balkon wären toll gewesen.
