・昨年も101号室を利用しましたが、オーナーのメッセージへのレスポンスが早く、困った時に助かります ・長期滞在でしたが、設備が整っていて快適（特に洗濯機、掃除機） ・駐車場がエントランス横 ・和室にエアコンはありませんが、サーキュレーターを使えば暑くない （ロフトには寝ていないので不明） ・家族4名で過ごすには十分広い ・近隣に博多南駅、スーパー、コンビニ、飲食店があり便利 ・とても清掃が行き届いていて清潔感がある（清掃代を取っていてもココまで綺麗なのは珍しい） ・真夏の夕方のチェックインでしたが、エアコンが効いていて助かりました ・外にゴミ捨て場があるのも長期滞在には助かります ・ハンガーが多く、物干竿もあります ・洗濯バサミがありますが、ピンチハンガーはありません ・風呂に椅子あり
・洗濯機が外置き ・敷布団が少し薄め（ベットはOK） ・トイレのライトがセンサー式で暫く動かないと消えます （注意書きがなかった？ので最初は少し驚きました） ・トイレの鍵が掛かり難い（ドアノブを少し右に回しながらだと上手くいく） ・駐車場が少し入れ難い（202号室も同様）

ロフトがよかった TVもあってよかった 綺麗に掃除されていてよかった
扇風機が欲しかった 玄関のチェーンが壊れてた？使えなかった ペットボトル、カンビンもコンテナに入れるのか迷ったが下に見に行って理解できた。

I had expected only Futon mattress on the floor but this property had two beds., which was a good surprise! The kitchen had a rice cooker and microwave and fridge/freezer and it was easy to cook simple meals. The laundry machine was easy to use. The view of Shinkansen trains (bullet trains) from the balcony entertained kids. The Hakata-Minami station has not only direct access to Hakata but also buses to Nishitetsu Ohashi and Tenjin stations.
There was no supermarket nearby. Convenience stores are about 5-10 min away. Train noizes were heard quite frequently. The breaker went out when I turned on the air conditioner, rice cooker, and microwave but the owner was nice to instruct me what to do.
