It is an old house, but we have renovated it and finished the inside nicely. We offer it at a low price, so the occupancy rate is high. For long-term and weekend stays, it is often only possible to book three months in advance.
Up to eight people can stay. The house is 72 m2.
It is a two-story building. There are two rooms on the second floor, a Western-style room and a Japanese-style room. They are separated by a sliding door. The second floor can accommodate six people, three on each side.
The first floor has a kitchen space, a Japanese-style room, and a bathroom. It can accommodate two people. The parking lot is small, but one car is free.
There are no rooms that can be locked. It is suitable for families.
There are toilets on the first and second floors.
The TV on the first floor is an android TV. Please set it up before using it.

Check the wifi ID in your room and enter the password (press the enter button at the end).
Amenities for normal daily life (toothbrush, hair brush, razor), towels, and hair dryers are provided. There is also a washing machine, rice cooker, microwave, toaster, gas fan heater, vacuum cleaner, 5 electric fans, and a Wii to kill time. Please use the water provided.

Convenience stores and supermarkets are both about 3-5 minutes away on foot. The station is a 12-minute walk away.
The key is in the key box next to the front door. The number will be provided once the reservation is confirmed.
Pocket Wifi is provided. You can take it out, but please put it back.

We stayed there for 6 weeks and liked this place over all.
Pros: we liked that the owner did weekly cleaning for us. The owner was responsive to inquiries and getting things missing in the house. As book lovers, we like that there were a tons of kids books. ( also more adults comic books for other ages). Nice to have another toilet in the second floor. There are a Jidokan (kids indoor play facility) and a park diagonally across the street and there were a lot of kids to play with. 15min walk to a super park with everything you can think of. People in the neighborhood were very nice and kind.
Cons; They had pocket wi-fi but we would have preferred high speed internet (my husband had to go to a shared workspace to work). There was no room to store our clothes because all closets are full of supplies and beddings. Kitchen could have more space to store food items. So we had to move things around to make space. The parking space felt so small and was hard to get out from a car after parking it. But it is norm for cities in Japan.
