宿泊費を抑えて普通のシングルルームと違った雰囲気を味わえた。共用部分の使い方は臨機応変に宿泊者同士で勝手に対応してくれといった作りで面白かった。低い評価の宿だが、自分も民泊をやっているので、宿泊料を安くすると喜んで低評価をつけるような日本人客が来てしまうパターンかなと思う。
寝てる間は問題ない程度だが、住宅内の宿泊者の足音や生活音がお互い聞こえるので配慮のない人や子供がいる場合などは気になる。
