Great property, really central spot to head to a number of beaches or shops. Everything worked well, the house was well outfitted with everything we needed. Plenty of space.

We were bothered by the serious stench of urine in the house, especially when in the living room and the kitchen. The house had also not been aired out in quite some time, and you could tell from the damp, moist smell that hit us when we first opened the door. The smell of bleach spray seemed to be masking a mold problem. A lot of the windows had cobwebs and spiders behind the blinds. Had we known about this in advance, we would NOT have booked this location. We would also have appreciated a bit more clear instructions about trash pick-up, laundry, etc. The location was decent to Cape Cod destinations.
