The Main Floor has Air & Heat in every room with 2 zones (one for living/dining/kitchen and one for the 3 bedrooms), a Cathedral Ceiling Living Room with 55" TV and large windows, Dining Area with table and chairs for 4 (additional chairs and table available in basement storage for larger groups), a Full Kitchen that is well-stocked for all types of cooking, Also on the first floor is Sleeping arrangements for 5 adults/children, up to 6 allowed but there are only beds for 5: Bedroom 1 (King) with walk-in Closet. Bedroom 2 (Queen) with Closet. Bedroom 3 (Twin). There is also the main Bathroom (Shower/Tub Combo). The Basement is unfinished but has plenty of storage, some Beach Supplies, a Washer & Dryer, and a Half Bath. Outside is a Large Backyard (Pet-friendly home for up to two dogs to stay for no extra fees), an Outdoor Shower, a Deck with Grill & Outdoor Seating for 6, and a Front Porch for morning coffee or to read a book
