Tastefully decorated and spotless, this 1600 square foot home has a king bedroom and queen bedroom on the main level and a loft space with a queen and double beds. The main level includes a sunny fully equipped eat-in kitchen with quartz counters that leads to the living room w/sliders to the large patio. After a day at the beach, enjoy a perfect Summer evening grilling out on the patio and relaxing by the water. Minutes to Nauset Beach and Meeting House Landing for Kayaking and Boating. Mini-Split AC system & Enclosed outdoor shower. No direct water access.

Only issue was that boat could not be kept on trailer at the house and I was told it could be. 23’ boat on trailer was a struggle to get down the narrow lane. I ended up keeping at a friends house in Eastham
