About this house rental
You can walk to the lake in less than 3 minutes, take a hike under these gorgeous pines, and feel in the forest right from the backyard. This home is the perfect place to relax, get some deserved sleep, sit back to enjoy that great book, cook something delicious, and enjoy your time playing games with family and friends. The area is beautiful and safe, perfect for walking day or night and enjoying nature at your doorstep! Holloway Marina rentals is five houses down the road, a 2-minute walk. Downstairs, you have a master suite with a king-size bed and a full bathroom, and upstairs one bedroom and a loft, both with queen size beds and another full bath for the two spaces to share. You will have access to the entire house and the large backyard. Door pad. I will be available to help you during your stay through the Airbnb messages or I will get to the house if needed. The Holloway Marina rental is five houses down the road, a 2-minute walk. You will love these boats for summer. The house is so close to the Village, that you can also eat there every meal, trying the endless amazing options available in town! Perfect for walking to the forest and lake, watching birds, bunnies, squirrels, and you are lucky you can even hear the coyotes at night! The lake is down on Forest Rd, or on the back street, within a short walk. Also, Holloway Marina is a walking distance to rent your water sports rental. The village is a 5 minutes drive. The City of Big Bear Lake charges 11% TOT and TBID taxes. Airbnb is only collecting 8% taxes, and the owner/host must collect the rest, which is 3% taxes. You will see this 3% tax charge on your email inbox. Please be aware that due to severe allergies, no pets are allowed in this property. We do not provide plowing service. House was very accommodating for my family of 4!Kitchen was well stocked with all your cooking needs.Upstairs got a little warm during the day .Could have a better patio set up .However we would definitely book again !The host was very quick to respond !

The listing photos are a little misleading as the patio imagine shows to be fully equipped with furniture, however during my stay all of the furniture was locked away in a storage shed. The host was kind enough to provide the access code but it was still an inconvenient to have to set it all up and put it all away prior to leaving. Also, it’s not within walking distance of the marina and there is no access to the water as the listing suggests. Otherwise, the house was great and my family really enjoyed it.

Beautiful and cozy home. It was the perfect getaway for my family. Home is well equipped with kitchen and bath essentials. Hosts were very responsive and sweet. We loved our stay here
