Granite kitchen and Granite in both bathrooms, and the nicest deck furniture in the resort , comfortable deck chairs for reading/relaxing. **

Two Bedroom Oceanfront Condo with Oceanfront Master Bedroom and 2 bathrooms w/tubs and showers.
Grand Atlantic 2 bedroom 2 bath condominiums are some of the largest on the beach and have well over 1000 square feet of space. As with all of our oceanfront units; an oceanfront balcony, large full kitchen (ice maker, microwave, smooth top range, dishwasher, disposal), washer/dryer and wireless internet are provided. In our “Double Balcony” units, the master bedroom is oceanfront with private balcony access and a king-size bed complete w/private bath. This makes the unit perfect for families, golfers, and romantic getaways. The second bedroom features 2 double beds and private bath.. The condo sleeps 6 people comfortably.
Plus, the Grand Atlantic is one of very few oceanfront resorts that offers enclosed hallway access to each unit. During inclement weather, you can leave your condo, take an elevator to the bottom floor and access the beautiful indoor pool, new hot tub, indoor kiddie pool, indoor lazy river, game room, and the fitness center without ever stepping foot outdoors!
Extras Include:
In-room safe, ceiling fans, games, magazines, 450 thread count sheets, beach chairs, umbrella. We have a fully equipped kitchen w/crock pot, electric frying pan, blender, wine glasses, Coffee pot with bean grinder , etc.
The washer/dryer is inside the condo.
I have 450-600 thread count linens and large over sized towels and wash cloths.
Located on the third floor, you can park your car in the covered parking garage and walk directly to your gorgeous condo without having to wait for an elevator.
Building Amenities:
Grand Atlantic is a great resort for year round vacationing. The resorts' amenities include a beautiful indoor Heated Swimming Pool, 170 foot covered Heated Lazy River with rafts, 2 new covered Hot Tubs and a large covered Heated Pool , the resort boasts a 65' Outdoor Pool and another new large Kiddie Pool . Chaise Lounges surround the outdoor pools, and a well-kept lawn area with chaise lounges provides additional space for sunning. The resort also offers a Restaurant, Gift Shop, Fitness Center, Restrooms at the pool area and High Speed Elevators. The resort has security cameras in the pool area, the garage and hallways for safety.
If it is raining outside you or your children can still enjoy the water features of the resort because they are covered. If you want to sit in the sun you can see your children from the sundeck
Scooby's Restaurant and a Gift Shop are located on the 1st Floor of the building. The restaurant delivers to the condos and to the pool area.

In addition, nearby shopping is available at the Coastal Grand Mall, Market Commons, Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. Attractions such as Alligator Adventure, Dixie Stampede, Carolina Opry, Hard Rock Cafe, Dave & Busters, House of Blues, Alabama Theater, Ripley's Aquarium, Nascar Speed Park, Brookgreen Gardens, Bass Pro Shop, Top Golf, miniature golf, water parks, deep sea fishing, and river cruises are all just minutes away. Tennis and basketball courts are also available at a public park within walking distance of the Grand Atlantic. You can easily walk to the new Springmaid Pier.

Beautiful condo with great views! We had a nice stay, host was very good with communication and answered promptly! Highly recommend! The property is very well kept up and very clean.

This condo was fantastic. This is the best place we have ever stayed in MB and we have stayed in many condos. The entire condo was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we would need. The kitchen is nice and big and fully stocked with a coffee pot, toaster, all cooking and baking needs. The bathrooms both were so clean and the master shower is heaven, it has a rainfall shower head, beautiful glass tile. Plenty of towels and wash cloths were provided. The bedrooms both had everything we needed, comfortable beds, sheets, pillows and blankets. Everything is so well maintained. The owner was very quick to communicate, so nice and thoughtful and we had no issues. The complex itself is very clean and the pools and hot tubs are nice and clean and well maintained. We cannot wait to book again next year!

The property was very clean. They have a small store/food place called Scoobys right on the property. They have a very large menu and also drinks. The room was very spacious. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals. I loved the balcony furniture and sitting out there. Short walk to the beach. It’s everything I was looking for.

The condo itself was very nice and well maintained with an amazing view. The condo host left his email/phone in case of any problems. He even texted us when the condo was ready well before check in and let us get a jumpstart on our vacation. Very attentive. The building is old and came off as dark and dirty. Also the smell of weed was everywhere- the garage, pool area, balconies. The resort staff didn’t seem to notice or care.
