- Complete kitchen renovation completed March 2014...All new kitchen cabinets, granite kitchen countertop, glass tile backsplash, new 8' deep double sink and top-of-the-line GE slate-colored appliances. Dishwasher and microwave replaced 2025. Kitchen faucet upgraded. - Porcelain tile floors in all common areas
- TV's in all bedrooms
- Ceiling fans in all bedrooms
- Four rocking chairs on the 24' balcony (replaced wood rockers with weatherproof rockers 2/2023)
Our goal is to provide you with all of the comforts of home enabling you to focus on spending time with your friends and family at the beach. Our condo features a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a collection of board games. In addition, we provide beach chairs and beach umbrellas for your convenience.
Our 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo provides spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean from the living room and master bedroom, and completely unobstructed views of the sandy beach looking both north and south from the 24 foot balcony. You won't have views like this from the lower floors in the building.
We purchased our condo in February of 2010 and look forward to sharing our dream vacation home with you and your family and friends for many years to come. Our hope is that you will enjoy the time you spend in our condo so much that you return year in and year out - our absolute goal is to earn your repeat business!!
The Grand Atlantic is conveniently located in Myrtle Beach and is less than 3 miles from The Market Common - a 114 acre urban village community with shopping, dining (PF Chang's, Gordon Biersch Brewery and Travinia Italian Kitchen) and entertainment (Grande 14 Cinema). The Grand Atlantic is also less than 5 miles from Broadway at the Beach, approximately 1/2 of a mile from the Family Kingdom Amusement Park, and approximately 1 mile from the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk.
All pools and outdoor spaces were completely renovated Spring/Summer 2025. Amenities within the Grand Atlantic include an indoor lazy river, an indoor pool and an indoor hot tub (pools fully enclosed from Nov. through late spring), as well as an outdoor pool and kiddie pool. The Grand Atlantic also features a well-equipped fitness center and complimentary wireless internet access.

Unit is as advertised. Parking deck attached to building was convenient. Would recommend.

The unit was lovely. It had everything we needed and a great balcony! Parking was a bit of an issue. We had family coming from 3 different states but only 2 parking spots were allowed. Maybe in the busy season I can see this being regulated but not being able to get an additional parking pass added additional cost and inconvenience. The overflow lot they have across the street was almost empty the entire week we were there. There also aren’t security cameras in the garage or bike rack areas. We (luckily!) walked by our bikes one evening and interrupted someone cutting the lock on one of our very expensive bikes. A few minutes later and it would have turned into a very sad vacation. We chased the guy out of garage but he got away while we informed the front desk of the situation. Needless to say the condo got very cramped having to store bikes inside for the rest of the week. The area was also a little sketchy. We saw open drug deals taking place every day in the public parking lot next to the building. We definitely didn’t feel safe walking around at night. The condo itself is great just wish it was in a different area. We definitely will not stay this far south on ocean boulevard again.
