"Beach Retreat" Newly refurnished and redecorated! Located in Breakers IV
Once you walk into this fabulous and spacious first floor condo, you may not want to leave. From the foyer through the wide open living/dining room area and out through the lanai, you will catch your first glimpse of the beach and ocean. This large, airy corner unit feels like a real home, not a vacation rental. The furnishings and decorating are beautiful and comfortable. The dining table seats six....but the lanai, glassed in, or wide open may where you spend most of your time! Relaxing with your morning coffee as you watch the sun rise over the Atlantic or in the evening with a cocktail as the sun sets and the ocean glistens...Ahhhh!
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to create wonderful meals and feel right at home. There is even a breakfast table. The kitchen is designed with an opening looking out to the ocean so you don't miss a minute of the fabulous view.
There is plenty of parking in front of the building .We have beach chairs, beach umbrella and toys. All to enjoy on the beach.
The Breakers are located in the heart of Ponte Vedra - right on the beac, yet convenient to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and more. Relaxing and easy!!

We had a wonderfully relaxing vacation with our family in the beautiful condo. The location and setting is just perfect. If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would!

Four adults and two children stayed at this property. It had everything we needed, including beach toys and a port-a-crib, and was plenty large for all of us. The view of the beach was spectacular, and we enjoyed watching sunrise from the enclosed porch. Being on the first floor was very convenient for bringing kids, their toys, and all other beach necessities outside. The property manager, Kendra, was very responsive and answered all our inquiries promptly .

Property is very nice, clean and in the best location. Literally a stones throw from the beach which has plenty of sand and seashells. Due to Hurricane Nicole, our Thursday flight was cancelled but we were able to get out later on Friday. Our original accommodation was still in use by owner so Kendra arranged for us to stay in another property just two doors away. We lost two days, due to the hurricane and had literally spent all day traveling on Friday which was a bummer - United did their best but frustrating nonetheless. We made it to our friends wedding in the end. The townhome was clean, had enough kitchen gadgets to keep us going, comfortable beds, and a gorgeous linai with spectacular views - nothing like sitting with a cup of coffee watching the sunrise over the ocean. Ponte Vedra Beach is beautiful. Shopping close by but other than going to the wedding we loved just staying at the beach. I would definitely come back and recommend to family and friends.
