The townhome has plenty of room, we were a party of six adults and everyone had their own bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked, the screened lanai was large and it was a quiet and well maintained community.
There is a strong odor of musty stale air that never dissipated.

The location and layout were wonderful. The v trips team who manages the property were also helpful. We used this rental as overflow holiday space (we live nearby).
We addressed a small issue with the v trips team which was to review the trash instructions (which state to 'remove from property'). We live here and were able to take the trash and recycling to our home, but others would not be able do so. If the purpose was to place in a specific location, this would help. Otherwise we had a perfect stay, and again, this is a small issue.
