Just walk down a few stairs to the beach and everything is ready and waiting for you. This is an additional $30 per day bonus value that we have prepaid for you!!!!
SPECIAL NOTES AND PAYMENT INFORMATION:
Parking is $40 per car for the duration of your stay.
We rent only to adults 25 years of age or over, who will occupy the condominium during the rental period.
Absolutely No Smoking and No Pets
Check-in: 3:00 pm, Check-out: 10 am (central time.)
Full payment for accommodations must be received 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations cancelled 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded in full. Any cancellations within 30 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. If cancellation occurs within twenty one (21) days of arrival, the full advance payment and deposit will be forfeited. We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies as a cause for cancellation. To protect yourself from unforeseen circumstances, please contact your personal insurance agent and inquire about travel insurance.

The host was very fast to communicate and respond. The condo was great and just enough space for the 5 of us - 2 adults and 3 kids! The atmosphere of the Splash Resort was great and entertaining! Everything was easy to access and find around the property. The property was very clean, and just as described. I will say it seems that the property has been updated since pictures were last taken! I will say the only downfall is the hot tub does not allow anyone under the age of 12 with a wristband. There is always a security guard on site making sure that nobody without a wrist band (under 12) is in the hot tub, even with an adult present. This was pretty upsetting, considering it is right beside the kiddie waterpark and my kids LOVE the hot tub and it was heartbreaking the amount of meltdowns it caused having to constantly remind them that they couldn’t get in it. I asked the security guard about the policy, and he said that it wasn’t a parental rule, it was part of their HOA. Other than that, the resort was amazing, easy to navigate, and beach access was easy to get to. My kids enjoyed the entertainment on site and nite life by the pool with movies under the stars and a local acoustic singer. The elevators did break down one day causing a backup at the ground and lobby areas for a few hours. We had to climb the 11 flights of stairs to get back to our room, which I try to look at as positive to get my cardio and steps in for the day! Lol

The entire facility is fairly old. Our room needed repainting, the pool area needs updating but otherwise was acceptable. Not much is provided, BYO coffee
