** PANAMA CITY PARADISE SPLASH VACATION RENTALS**
I am a hands on owner that self manages our 3 Splash condos and larger Calypso 3 bedroom unit. I will give you a call a few days before you arrival date to answer any questions you may have about the unit, resort or the area. I take pride in my customer service and you will always be able to get a hold of me with any questions or concerns.
All of our units are located in the East Tower on low floors.

Our Splash 305E floor condo is gulf front and has a breathtaking view of the emerald green ocean and sugar white sand. It is wonderful for parents of young children, those with fear of heights, or anyone that gets upset by long elevator waits!

The unit is beautifully decorated with luxury accommodations for up to 6 (4 adults maximum) provided by a king bed in the master, bunks in the hallway and a queen sleeper sofa in the livingroom. Our unit comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, Smart TVs with Netflix & HBO, etc free high speed wifi, and linens & bath towels. Please remember to bring beach towels.
Housekeeping supplies a starter set of amenities including 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, trash bags for each can, 2 dishwasher pods, mini dish soap & hand soap.
**NO WAITING FOR ELEVATORS** Our 3rd floor unit provides quick and easy beach access. We are located on the 3rd floor of condos-- actually at a 5th floor elevation, since the lobby is on the 2nd level and the pools are on the 1st level. You can easily take the stairs when the elevators are busy!
**FREE BEACH SERVICE** We include free beach service with all of our rentals (Mar 1st thru Oct 31st). This includes two lounge chairs and umbrella reserved for you on the beach for your entire stay. This is an additional $50 per day bonus value that we have prepaid for you!!!!
SPLASH....Enjoy Panama City Beach's premier oceanfront resort that offers fun for the whole family! Located on over 400 feet of pristine gulf front, on the west end of the beach. The condo is on Front Beach Rd, about 1 mile west of Route 79. Splash is 2 miles from the city fishing pier and Pier Park, the premier outdoor shopping and entertainment complex in Panama City Beach. Gulf World Marine Park is just 3 miles away and Frank Brown Park which hosts numerous baseball tournaments is within 4 miles.
Everybody in your family, young and old, will enjoy what this resort has to offer. AGE REQUIREMENTS: The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older, and must occupy the rental property through out the duration of the rental period. NO SPRING BREAKERS!! Onsite security will check ages when you pay the $40 registration fee per vehicle for your parking pass and pool wristbands. Violation of this rule results in foreiture of stay and deposit.
NO PETS ALLOWED!
We typically only rent weekly during summer months with Saturday check-in and check-out. Our check-in time is 4:00pm central and check-out is 10:00am central.
*Splash Resort charges a $40 per vehicle one-time fee that must be paid at the registration desk for parking passes and pool wristbands*

The ocean view was wonderful and the room was very clean and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the beach service every day. That was a really nice touch! We look forward to coming back again.

This location is perfect! It is away from the crowds and so peaceful. The facility is nice with pools and lazy river and this unit had chairs and umbrella which was very nice! The unit was clean and the perfect size. It had everything we needed! The owner is very responsive and helpful and makes sure you have everything you need!

The view is great. Having some space, a kitchen, and laundry made it way better than a hotel room. Being on the third floor was helpful to avoid the elevator sometimes. If you have a beach wagon, it’s four floors to the ground level, and then another long set of stairs from the pools to the beach (no ramp). The beds were super loud when sitting down or rolling over; one adult chose to sleep on the couch instead. The tile floors were super slippery. The splash pad water was freezing (April), and the hot tub right next to it was always jam packed with kids (my five year old’s favorite part of the whole place). There aren’t amenities within walking distance; most everything was at least an 8-10 minute drive. The host was super helpful when booking and the day before checking in. It was super affordable and worked for us.
