Grand 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, West facing Unit (Sleeps 8)
The views are breathtaking from this platinum condo's balcony, newly redecorated living room, master bedroom, and guest bedroom. This unit on the 11th floor is directly overlooking the incredibly pristine white beaches and sparkling emerald waters of the Gulf. The desirable westerly open view from the 300 square foot wrap-around balcony allows you to enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The complex has an indoor as well as an outdoor pool.
Unit 1109 is professionally decorated in the Metro style, including original art, pop art, hardwood flooring, and comfortable leather Chesterfied sofa. The Master king-size bedroom with its teak furnished balcony features a walk-in closet, enclosed water closet, garden tub, marble double vanities, and separate shower.
The second queen bedroom has a private shower bath and a westerly view of the Gulf.
The third bedroom, including a full en suite bath, features four bunk beds in a kid-friendly log cabin style. All bedrooms feature TVs, VCR/DVD players, and hair dryers.
The dining area has seating for eight plus three at the counter. With leather, glass, and wood furnishings, the unit has nine-foot ceilings, three ceiling fans, crown molding, wainscoting, a fully equipped stainless kitchen, and an ice maker. It also features a large separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. It should easily accommodate two families. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, and other 'toys' available for rent on a daily basis. All appliances and cookware were updated in 2021.
The resort is located 5 minutes from the upmarket restaurants of the famous 30A area and 1.8 miles from Pier Park.
Pier Park features over one million sq. ft. of premier shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and fourteen movie theaters making it the largest and newest complex on the beach. They completed an outdoor stage for live entertainment and currently adding more attractions. Another unique feature in this posh setting is new giant Ferris wheel. There are also plenty of safe, fun teen activities. On the north side of Pier Park is another public park of 200 acres dedicated to outdoor activity. The 1,600 foot Pier on the south is for fishing or sightseeing. You can get a day license and rent all your gear on-site to experience deep sea fishing without an expensive boat. Within walking distance west is the hugely popular Doughnut (and Ice Cream) Shop. Less than a mile east is the new, massively fun McGuires Irish Pub, This is a must even if your not Irish.
Within a short drive, there are multiple golf courses, water parks, preserves, and natural parks, deep-sea fishing charters, antiquing, and Shell Island shuttles. In twenty minutes you can be at historic St. Andrews by the Sea and experience Hunt's Oyster Bar and much more. (one of our favorites). There are Kayak rentals and wharf fishing in the intercoastal waters. Not to be missed is the recently updated main street, Harrison Ave. of Old Panama City, with newly renovated shops, eateries and other attractions.

The condo was very nice and fit our needs. It was welcoming and comfortable. It is located right at the beach. The balcony wraps around the condo with direct view of the beach and road.

Condo maybe average. Bed mattresses a little rough. We were in three bedroom unit with seven people . View and balcony great pools good. 45 dollars per vehicle to park (we had 2) Now the Beach it was great (4th July week) crowded so had to get up daylight to get a beach front spot especially with management letting Chair Rental have complete width behind condo with no tents beach front not to mention Jet Ski rental on one side and public access on the other. We had 15 people from 3 units and need tents not nasty chairs that an umbrella hardly covers you all day. 4th July day was crowded but only maybe over half chairs were used ( as in picture)take them up and let us enjoy the beach the way we want to with our hard earned money behind the condo we rented thanks!

First , we thought we were staying at Miramar Beach but once we got there it’s apparently Panama City. It’s listed on VRBO as Miramar Beach? That’s all fine but it was farther To some of the places we visit.
The deck was perfect. We always enjoy sitting there are anytime.
As we noticed online, the decor in this place is absolutely bizarre. Nothing really matches and certain things are so dated and ugly that they will never come back in style. Being out of style doesn’t bother me so much but the cleanliness of the place and the wear and tear of the couches were unacceptable. I like my house to be clean, but I am not a neat freak. This place hasn’t been cleaned great for a long time . I took pictures of several things that were quite disturbing. I had to wipe down everything once we got there Because we don’t live like this. The picture frames had not been cleaned forever , doors were really dirty, two lights were out in our bathroom and dust was in several areas. It did not look like that condo was ready for us at all.
The mattresses in the bunk bedroom were probably 50 years old . Those need to be changed out. The one in the spare bedroom was great and the one in the master was just barely acceptable.
The living room furniture was hideous. The couches practically had no leather on them and if you sat on either side, your body would shift to the middle about 30 to 50°. The chair and throw pillows were sooo nasty as well.
Someone needs to get in there stat for a makeover.
