Quiet and natural setting. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home located on private 3 acre lake, nestled on 40+ beautiful wooded acres.
Part of the quiet experience includes no wi-fi, tv and limited cell service.
Catch and release fishing available at your leisure.
Single person flotation devices permitted on private lake. Play area available for the kids. Large fire pit area included, with first firewood furnished. Adirondack chairs for comfort around the fire pit. Bring your outdoor games and have a ball.
Put your feet up and enjoy very relaxing get away vacation from the city. Or enjoy grilling outside on the gas grill.
Gather for your favorite crafting get-away, or just to rekindle friendships and/or family ties.
Pets may be welcome. Please contact owners for additional details.
✔ 39 acres of the property are leased for hunting from October 1, 2023 through November 30, 2023. There is ample hunting opportunity in the Manistee National Forest which is only yards away.
✔Contact if dates are blocked. It may be cleaning dates only that may be able to be adjusted.
For reservations between December 1 and March 31, please contact the owners. These are blocked, as they will be weather dependent.

Clean, very well equipped, Pat thought of everything you could possibly need including q tips, tooth brushes, bug spray etc, our group was totally satisified in every way

Our family enjoyed our stay! We had four generations under one roof. Without device screens or wifi, everyone shared time & memories together! We enjoyed playing many of the board games, evenings by the fire, roasting s’mores, stargazing, even got to see the Perseid meteor shower! The neighborhood felt safe yet secluded.
The pond was clean and big enough for swimming, floating & fishing. It was not as private as I thought it would be, (connected to the campground next door) but it was separate enough for our group. We spent our days there.
Like others have mentioned, this is not a glamorous or fancy place, but is clean, homey & welcoming. A quintessential country home. Things are well stocked & labeled. Easy to settle into. Everyone was comfortable.
Owner was super nice and communicative.

Pat is so amazing! She was always around if we needed anything. The house was perfect for us to relax and regroup. We felt right at home! Thank you again, Pat, for making the weekend so enjoyable for us!
