We had a GREAT time here! Lots of R&R and really enjoyed our "girls trip". The only issue we had was figuring out how to get to the swimming area at Big Star Lake. The map wasn't really clear and wasn't easy to follow.

This is a great place to stay. It’s tucked away but close to many things. The hot tub is great for cool nights. Sunroom is nice for early mornings, breathing, and drinking coffee and looking over the marsh.

We rented this place for a family vacation to get away together. We really enjoyed the view out the back and time in the hot tub. The place had plenty of beds and was very clean. The AC was not working when we got there but didn’t discover it until about midnight. The next morning I contacted the host and they got right on it. By the time we got back from the beach on Lake Michigan, the AC was running and it was great. They took care of things incredibly fast and were easy to communicate with. We were not disappointed by the Chardonnay Chalet.

The house was adorable and very clean loved the pellet stove and hot tub. One thing that was a bummer was there was no toilet paper and paper towel as well. We literally were not there except to sleep and ran out as the role of each was at its endWe had to take down one of the alarms as it was beeping all night until my husband figured out which one to take down.
