Cannon River Ranch: Cabin 4 sits on a ridge overlooking the Pere Marquette River. The views from the decks are simply amazing! They are the perfect spot to enjoy your coffee in the morning, or a cold drink at night while listening to the river water pass by below.

The cabin has 2 private bedrooms upstairs and sleeps 8 people in total. The main floor is huge, open, and bright and has a fully stocked kitchen, living room, and dining room area. There are also two decks on either side of the living area. The cabin sits above a bend in the river, giving incredible views in both directions up and downstream. The fishing is spectacular in this location.

The location of the cabin is secluded enough to have complete privacy but close enough to the housekeeper's cabin and to the other cabins to be close by if you have a group or are renting multiple cabins.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reductions in nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products, along with emergency maintenance services.

"We enjoyed the peacefulness of this stay at Cabin 4. The high, large, full windows all along the front of the home gave a beautiful view of soaring trees and river. The caretaker, Tim, was very helpful.. He was very friendly and told us about the property, the history of it and much more. The owner of the property was at the lodge and also was very friendly. We explored the woods in the area. It was beautiful. We didn't hear anyone else and we enjoyed this quietness to hear only nature and the river. There were cabins much further down the road; they were not visible. A group was at Cabin 2, but we didn't hear them at all. This is a special spot. Thank you for sharing it with us"
