By booking a reservation you agree to sign our Rental Agreement within 24 hours and to all terms and conditions listed in rental agreement. Total guests at any time restricted to contract. Must disclose all guests. High School/College spring break, bachelor/ette groups not permitted w/o approval (fee). Excessive noise not allowed at any time. Quiet time 10pm–10am. NO EVENTS unless pre-authorized & fee paid.
Holiday Minimum Stays: A 7-night minimum stay is required for 12/25 and 1/1. A 14-night minimum applies if both holidays are included in the booking.
Extra person fees apply after the 11th guest.
IMPORTANT: Please list no more than 2 children (under 12) in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.

First time in Cabo and would go back and stay here again. House was great. We spent a ton of time in the hot tub and pool. Felt safe the whole time and was in close proximity to everything. Highly recommend.

Everything about it was excellent: location, cleanliness, concierge service, price, etc. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a group looking for a great place to stay.

We go to Cabo every year and use Cabovillas.com to rent a villa in Pedregal so weve stayed at several over the years. Cabovillas does a great job and are very responsive to anything we need. Angel was our representative on the ground and was always available. Sol y Luna is a nice villa and was comfortable to stay in. The pool and hot tub overlooks the Pacific with a good view. The kitchen had everything we needed. The villa is very comfortable but the years are starting to show and will need some updating in the near future. One thing I can say is the water pressure was the best weve had in any villa including the hot water. That may sound strange to say but weve been in some villas where the water pressure was so low that taking a shower wasnt much fun. Pedregal is the perfect location to go into town and to the marina. Fishing is our primary reason for going. Maria Corona and Hacienda Cocina y Cantina are 2 are of our favorite restaurants. Looking forward to our trip next year!
