Must disclose all guests. High School/College spring break groups not permitted. Bachelor/ette groups not permitted w/o approval (fee). Excessive noise not allowed at any time. Quiet time 10pm–10am. NO EVENTS unless pre-authorized & fee paid.
Holiday Minimum Stays: A 7-night minimum stay is required for 12/25 and 1/1. A 14-night minimum applies if both holidays are included in the booking.

I was very informed during the whole process and I will book again for another vacation! Every single person I worked with on this reservation was super nice and so helpful. We were not too familiar with the area but had some ideas and even got some great recommendations as well.

Was here with a group of friends. Beautiful property, central location, comfortable amenities. Villa company was very responsive and helpful organizing check in and rides etc.

My 8 best friends and I stayed at Casa Marisol for a long weekend and it exceeded our expectations at every turn! From the booking process for Kimberly to our weekend communication with Mariana, we always felt safe and taken care of. They help coordinate pre stocked groceries, transportation for the weekend, and spa services. The villa was even more beautiful than the photos. I would HIGHLY recommend. 10/10 experience.
