Yes the place could do with some renovations but everything works, it is well stocked and the location is perfect. You are on the water without hordes of people walking by. A great bargain really!

It was such an amazing place to stay. We enjoyed watching the surfers in the mornings and having a full kitchen to make our meals was so nice

It was conveniently located and had everything we needed. The unit had a good view, but a low patio set that had you looking at the railing if you sat. It needs a bar height set to make it enjoyable. The unit was very dated and needs an update. The bed and bedding could also use an update. The pool area was pretty, but shaded. Pool not heated.
