Welcome to your 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment with balcony in the Marigny Triangle! The coolest neighborhood in New Orleans!
History: The building was originally built around 1880 by A. Duhart. An accomplished blacksmith, lightening rod and sword maker. In the true classic Marigny/ French Quarter Style. Spacious, beautiful, and freshly renovated.
Location: Sandwiched between the French Quarter, Frenchmen Street and St. Claude Ave. 24 hour a day fun and some of the best food in the world is in any direction walking out the front door! You can see Frenchmen Street from the apartment's front door. Just a few easy blocks to the French Quarter and 2 blocks to St. Claude St.

We try to visit New Orleans ever 18-25 months and always stay in a vrbo. We will definitely revisit this property - The owner, Michael, is very responsive, helpful, and accommodating, the house itself is very pleasant, clean, and filled with amenities, and the location is perfect. Of course, we love walking around in the Quarter, but we don't like staying there due to the noise. The Marigny area is a perfect area just a five minute walk away. We can highly recommend this property!

We’re regular visitors to New Orleans and needed a larger (3 bedroom) place to stay for a family get together. We visit for the music, so Michael’s property is in the perfect location, just 2 short blocks away from the amazing music on Frenchman Street, a 4 minute stumble home!
The apartment was impeccably clean, well laid out, and had everything we needed. Walgreens and Robert (grocery store) ate two blocks away at the St Claude/Elysian Fields streetcar stop. If you’re looking for the touristy main section of the French Quarter... it’s a 10-15 minute walk or a quick and easy Uber/Lyft ride... or there’s public “blue bikes” around the corner.
The only caution to be aware of is there is a bit of noise from patrons of a local bar, “The John”, on an adjacent corner whose customers hang outside on the street. If you go to bed at 10:00 this might be annoying... but it was never a problem for us. Michael has provided “white noise” machines and earplugs for those that need them... we didn’t!
The property is exactly as listed and the photos are accurate.

The house was clean and very well stocked. Beds were comfortable and plenty of linens were on hand. The location was perfect as we love wandering around Frenchmen Street, and down to the French Market, which is near one end of the Riverfront Streetcar route. Also have to mention that the property is only blocks away from our favorite breakfast restaurant, the Ruby Slipper.
Will definitely stay here again.
