Beautiful 5br home on the Pemi River! Located on the last street before the scenic Kancamagus Highway! Loon Mountain Ski Resort 1 mile away! Ski or hike the trails! Enjoy Apres skiing at the local restaurants or on the deck with our gas firepit! Relax and read a book or mountain climb! Just paradise! Fun for the whole family! The Master bedroom is located on the main floor with 2 large bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs both with spacious bathrooms. Outdoor patio with fenced in yard; deck overlooking the Pemi River; ping pong table; ice maker; subzero frig; double oven; keurig coffee and regular coffee maker!
Quiet family setting on a cul de sac. Ideal for families not suitable for parties.

The house was beautiful and well maintained. Everything was as described. The location was stunning on a quiet dead end cul de sac. The host was communicative and responsive. Plenty of space for our multigenerational family gathering. Would definitely rent again.
