About this villa rental
This beautiful 3 bedroom is perfectly located, close enough to walk to the beach and town, but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet, surrounded by woods and lush vegetation.
The villa has been furnished with care, and the attention to detail has created a special ambiance. The furnishings are first class and although the house is modern it has a distinct Mexican flair created by the wall colours and the artwork.
The uniqueness of this property is its location. It is in a gated community and is one of 16 houses sitting separately from each other. This house is the corner property surrounded by woods, it backs on to the golf course and Bird Sanctuary, making the outlook from the patio extremely peaceful and pretty This added feature has been gifted to us by nature and it brings with it beautiful birds and wild life.
The night times are quiet. And along with comfortable beds and excellent quality linens you will be ensured of a peaceful and relaxing sleep.
Another wonderful thing about our villa is that it takes only 10 very pleasant minutes to walk to one of the many beaches, all within easy reach. It is also a short stroll to the 5th Avenue in the town, where you can find restuarants, shops and night life.
If you prefere a quiet evening, our patio offers private, calm and enjoyable ambiance whilst sipping on a Margarita at sunset.
An added bonus is the many tropical birds you can view at close range during the early morning and dusk
Good Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.

Well stocked, safe, location is 15 min walk to the beach, and behind a gated community. The pool area is very nice and well kept. Breakfast outback daily with visitors: iguanas, deer, agoutis, white-nosed coatis, and many different birds. Definitely recommend.

Great location - 10-min walk to a gorgeous beach and shops and restaurant (20 min at a 5-year old's pace checking out the jungles). We had everything we needed and Nina was great with the recommendations.

This place is everything you could want for your vacation. Gilly’s home is beautiful, well kept, clean, and very spacious indeed. Believe it or not, the photos don’t do this place justice! Youre provided with everything you need, from beach chairs, to a washer/dryer! The complex itself is very attractive, and feels secluded but safe and welcoming- and you even have access to a lovely pool.The location is excellent: the beach is a 5/10 minute walk away max. and there is a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops also within walking distance. You can also get to Tulum, a number of cenotes, and other popular attractions within a very short space of time. The hosts are incredible! They answer all queries promptly, and ensure you have everything you need for your stay. I could not recommend this house highly enough!
