Villa Familiar en exclusivo condominio playacar

Location is in Playacar which is a large gated condominium complex, so it is quiet, safe and well-suited to our situation with two three-year olds. We rented bikes for the week which made it easier to get into town, given no Ubers are available/willing to come into Playcar. It was a five-minute walk to the beach which was nice, although there were various rules related to going to the beach which made it more complicated. Agustin our host was friendly and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp in English. The villa itself was comfortable and well-appointed, although not ideal for working remotely from, so one of our group had to find a coworking space instead. Also, the stairs were a bit dangerous for our toddlers, but that's specific to groups with small children/mobility concerns. The gardens around the villa were well-maintained and beautiful, and the pool was mere steps away, which the boys loved.

Security is tight and so we had challenges with a nanny being able to come in. Agustin later explained the issue with her driver not being on the QR code that the security at the front gate requires to let people in.

Perfect for us.

There is little options for getting downtown so car or bike rental is your best option.
