Studio in Ipanema 200m from the beach, bars, restaurants and Metro

A limpeza estava impecável, super bem localizado e confortável.

Ainda não me transferiram (extornaram) o valor do seguro que me prometeram, já faz mais de 7 dias que fizemos o check-out, isso não pode ocorrer. Tomei um tombo no chuveiro que poderia ter causado um imenso problema de saúde, eu poderia ter quebrado um braço, perna, etc..Não há nenhum aviso no banheiro dizendo que devemos entrar de chinelo na banheira sob risco de escorregar!! o chuveiro fica dentro de uma banheira super lisa, e sem tapete de borracha, isso poderia ter me causado um acidente super grave! Graças a Deus levei apenas um hematoma no cotovelo, mas poderia ter sido pior, cuidem para que isso não ocorra com outros.

Ar condicionado antigo, barulhento e a tomada entrou em curto. Ainda bem que foi no último dia.

Perfectly located, coffee maker and small kitchen were perfect for small meals, having a water filter was so incredible for tea, coffee, and water! I didn’t really watch TV, but the internet was also great! A/C was great for hot days.

The couch has a big, hard bar across the middle, so it’s no longer comfortable. The shower could be helped by having a squeegee (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Squeegee#:~:text=A%20squeegee%20or%20squilgee%20is,and%20chalk%20on%20a%20desk) could help with water removal in the bathroom since the shower wets the floor as soon as you’re in it.

Nice location right next to the Metro. Apartment was comfortable.

The owners took a £75 deposit when we arrived and we are still chasing for a refund almost two weeks later. Also they allowed us an extra hours check out but gave us a door code which didn’t work and we couldn’t get hold of anyone. A neighbour helped us and as a result we had to get ready really quickly to make our flight home.
