Very good overall the property was clean and furnished with everything we needed. We especially liked the location which provided good views and was not to far from town but not cramped in a large condo complex. We were very happy with the rental but a few improvements could be more comfortable chairs on the patio and at least on the king bed the sheets were poor fitting. We rented in the summer and on a hot week for the area. Usually you don’t need A/C but in late afternoon and early evening the upstairs bedroom got warm and we could not get A/C to adjust temp.. Not a big deal but would have been nice to cool the condo down in early evening. The checkin in and check out process was flawless, very easy.

Allegra 133 was a wonderful condo to spend quality time with family. It was very clean and comfortably furnished. We loved the view and was a perfect spot for fishing and a great location for activities in town. Summit Resort Group was great to work with when we had questions.
