The house was perfect for our family. It was very clean and spacious. The kitchen is fully stocked as well. We enjoyed both the inside fireplace and outside fire pit. Bedrooms were all spacious with nice bedding. My kiddos enjoyed the upstairs living area too. The house is close to town as well, so convenient for grocery shopping or eating out. We will definitely be returning!

This is quite possibly the most spectacular place I have ever stayed. The house was beautiful, well decorated, full of useful kitchen items and the grill on the back deck was clean and easy to use. We absolutely loved the fire pit and made s’mores with Reese’s peanut butter cups (you should try it). It was a joy to work with the folks renting out the house. The location was perfect in a quiet neighborhood and just a stones throw from the Blue River hiking trail and a short drive into Silverthorne. Loved the whole experience and hope to come back with more of our family.

Absolutely everything was perfect in this huge house located in a VERY quiet neighborhood close to EVERYTHING. We were a group of hikers and cyclists looking to enjoy daily challenges and then relax in cool mountain air. This property had everything and more. Quick access to mountain rides (e.g., Vail, Loveland, Montezuma), easy drives to challenging hikes (Grizzly, Sniktau, Quandry), and short drives to groceries, hiking/biking supplies, and wonderful dining opportunities. We have stayed in this area for the month of July across several years, and this property was our absolute favorite. The kitchen was well-equipped, bedrooms well-appointed, and the large sitting room and dining table were perfect for group events. Also, we were able to bring our dogs! We would happily stay here again and again. Book now!
