Silvia is a brilliant host, quick to respond and excellent at providing help and tips for our stay. The location is fantastic in the middle of Càdiz old town and close to everything on foot.

The air conditioning system is quite noisy and isn't very effective at cooling the room. Comfort level is very good for 2 persons, but for 3 persons there's little privacy.

Everything is close. Shops, beach, parking and restaurants.

Sometimes the noise from the street. But for me it was mostly acceptable.

It’s a spacious loft, close to the center. It was clean and the hosts (Silvia and Agustina) were very supportive and quick to respond. In fact, the only reason why I wouldn’t give a lower rating is because Silvia and Agustina being so helpful.

Not recommended if you like tranquility and privacy! The ground floor and shared patio have been major dissatisfactions and sources of anxiety for me. The layout is weird. People walking in front of your bed, just 15cm from your headrest - the privacy is low and the windows don’t insulate properly. During the week there is A LOT of traffic, non stop cars and trucks, loud motorists just 15cm away from your bed. Incredibly loud. Also the shared patio was a major inconvenience for me. The other guests can look into your flat through the kitchen window. Plus the other guests were smoking on the patio and their smoke came in the flat through the air con. Very uncomfortable! The air con is inefficient for the size of the room, placed on the other side of the room, and incredibly loud. This was a restaurant converted into a loft - not entirely fit for a relaxing stay. Sorry but my experience was bad and I don’t think it’s worth the money…
