Situated between Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg with trolley service to both on site. Daily activities on site for both children & adults. Later watch the sunset from the balcony.

Really enjoyed our week at the resort. Lots of great property amenities (waterpark, pools & hot tubs etc) all fully operating and open daily. Restaurants / convenience stores on property and close to everything in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Check-in was very quick and smooth.

My experience with the owner Steve was great, was timely in answering questions and providing information. We were pleasantly surprised with how spacious the unit was. It worked great for our family with college girls and teenager. It was comfortable for all 5 of us and still had privacy. We would definitely stay there again. The staff was responsive and gracious which made it even better. The only constructive criticism would just be to clean a lil better by dusting, especially the baseboards.

We loved the location and the facilities. The kids loved the indoor water park. I would recommend larger garbage cans in the condo's.
