Property was as advertised. Location is great. We liked the space and size of the condo. Beds are okay. Past reviews have mentioned poor lighting. It wasn’t an issue for us.We would stay again.

Nice 4BR with 6 beds which is what we needed. Very large and comfortable with great kitchenProperty Manager was very responsive and flexible with me which I appreciated. Kingston Plantation is amazing. True resort living and safe gated community with private beach. Only things I’d criticize are rugs are super stained. Time to replace I don’t think they can even be cleaned Also not sure why keys need to be picked up 20 minutes away when there’s a mailroom with lock boxes in the building.

The condo was in great condition. It had so much space and was perfect for the 8 of us. We loved it!

The condo itself was fine except for the fact that this unit has no overhead lights, so bedrooms and especially living room are very dark. Even in the middle of day with all windows open and lamps on. If the darkness bothers you will be crazy. When we went thru the check in process the rental company explained that if there was so much as a blemish on the linens they provide we would be charged 70$. Upon arrival to the unit there were no blankets- only the decorative bedspread, several blown light bulbs, there are no overhead lights except in the kitchen so it keeps the condo very dark. The lights in the kitchen take several hours to come on ( several other people mention this in their reviews) we were missing a toilet seat, had 6 towels total -2 per bathroom, ice maker broken with a sign that read get ice downstairs but per Margate Towers employees there is no ice that was available and the icing one the cake was the dryer was broken. No dryer makes it hard to have 6 total towels for 7 days and 8 people, plus I only packed a few beach expecting to be able to do laundry. When attempting to communicate with Palmetto about unit was told too bad stuff breaks/ which I understand but we also had to spend several days and money hanging out in a laundry mat. With spending over 4 grand would of liked to see better customer service from management company. You could tell they were paid so it didn’t really matter if you were aggravated for the inconveniences
