The home consists of quality, high-end materials like T&G pine ceilings and walls; Jenn-Air appliances (gourmet 6 burner stove) glass and tile showers. Sit at the end of the dock and enjoy a cup of coffee (or cocktail) overlooking Lake Leelanau.
Sit in the Great Room and enjoy beautiful 180-degree panoramic views of the 22-mile-long Lake Leelanau (from the great room you see nothing but the lake). Lake view from every room of the house. Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes, named the most beautiful location in the USA by Good Morning America within 20 minutes from our home. Great biking trails throughout the Peninsula and into Traverse City (great biking!). All the enjoyment and beauty of the Peninsula, and Traverse City just 20 minutes away.

We were so fortunate that someone had to cancel their trip to this beautiful lake home and we were able to jump on it. Steve and Sonya are the consumate hosts. They have really done a terrific job of designing and building a wonderful home, and their cleanliness and attention to detail will make anyone happy. It's location on South Lake Leelanau is a perfect setting with great veiws and a sandy shoreline for swimming. We had our 18 month old grandson with us and the shallow water provided his first water experience. Everyting you need is there BBQ, fire pit (with wood) big screen TV and great air conditioning for those really hot days. I have never slept better in a new bed as they are all first class. We will certainly be back .Kirk & Vickey

Steve and Sonya are fantastic hosts! This property was perfect for our party (5 of us including 2 kids under 10). The shallow lakeside access was great for kids and adults. Location is great for wandering around the quaint towns in the area. Home is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We will cherish fond memories of our first visit and hope to return and make more!

This place was so beautiful inside and outside. Everything was first class. Comfortable beds, incredible view. All our needs were met. Best vacation rental ever. Steve and Sonya were great.
