"The Place" is located in one of the old brick buildings in downtown Manistee between the theater and the pub. It's across the street from the scenic Riverwalk, less than 1 mile from beautiful Lake Michigan and footsteps away from restaurants and shops. Built in 1882, "The Place" has retained the hardwood floors and 11' ceilings. The 1400 sq. ft. of comfy living space is a great place to relax after a day at the lake, hiking in the Manistee Nat'l Forest, or skiing at Crystal Mountain, or golfing at Manistee or Arcadia Bluffs

Perfect location and great apartment. Much larger than it looks in pictures. Zero complaints. Super Clean. Great water pressure and quality. We enjoyed our stay very much. We will stay here again if back in Manistee. Thank you!
