New 2 bedroom home with spectacular lakefront views. Located on a private drive with only a few houses in quite neighborhood. Beautiful sunsets, swimming, fishing and relaxation. Close to the colleges. 10 miles to Cornell and Ithaca College.
The house was built in 2008 and has a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a spectacular view of the lake. There are hard wood and masonry floors throughout.

We actually never made it there. My father-in-law passed away unexpectedly as we were about to travel. The host graciously worked with us during this difficult time. We look forward to a future visit.
