Access and parking area safe and comfortable ✅
Unfortunately a bad smelling toilet, not clean enough - we had to skip shower due to this matter 😔 toilet flush very old school and waiting for flush was horrendous - this need to be changed as soon as possible if we are talking money vs quality expectations.
Another thing to report was - neighbours noise and party till late hours (I do understand this will be hard to discuss and have any impact looking from a landlord perspective) but If anyone is willing to have calm and comfortable sleep with Family after a long journey this wouldn't be a place which I would recommend.
*Looks much nicer and cleaned on pictures v reality
