Perfect location - in walking distance to practically everything. A lift is a plus.

The apartment isn't suitable for the summer months as it gets very hot. Opening windows and switching on fans helps only a little (but then it gets quite noisy because of the street). There is an A/C in the apartment, but it is out of order (which misled me while making a reservation)

Mieszkanie było w świetnej lokalizacji, było duże, wystarczające na 4 osoby, dwie sypialnie, duży salon. Gospodarz był kontaktowy, umożliwił nam wejście 3 godziny wcześnej.

Niestety, na zdjęciach była widoczna klimatyzacja, która nie działała. W dniach, w ktorych bylismy w Budapeszcie temperatura była wysoka (38 stopni), w mieszkaniu wówczas było 30 stopni, a do naszej dyspozycji były tylko 3 wiatraki.

The remote control wasn’t working

For me, only the location was a plus. The apartment was somewhat clean.

Everything else was disappointing. The air conditioning unit didn't work. After contacting the owner, the responses were so delayed that we let that go. There were two stand fans, one of them was broken. The bathtub was really difficult to access for our parents. The microwave didn't work. We were provided the key instructions exactly at 15.00 after requests to at least let us keep our luggages. We were okay with that. But the communication line was really cold and we didn't like that at all.
