- location (close to, but isolated from the busy “central” area) - apartments complex - heating - bed and mattress

Although Miodrag was super nice and accurate in a short conversation we had after the booking, I can’t tell the maintaining agency and the on-site representative were doing their best job. I have to repeat that our overall impression is GOOD, but the small things I’m gonna mention matter, and make a difference between a good and exceptional accomodation: - no reply from the on-site rep to my messages about departure and handing over the keys - the faucet in the kitchen was barely mounted, moving around, and we were not comfortable using it - clogged shower drain - spider nets on walls - no toilet paper on arrival - bedroom TV is not working (probably broken cable/plug connector)
