Све је било лепо. Хотел је на лепом месту, собе и купатило су уређени да ништа није недостајало, напротив мислило се о свему. Грејање одлично. Доручак је био разноврстан и леп. Базен и Спа су били добри.

Einmal und nie wieder Zlatibor, "Zlatibor Mount" existiert nicht! Ist vor Ort das Hotel "Hotel IRIS"

Frühstücksbüffet große Auswahl, aber leider ohne Kaffeemaschine (nur ein großer Kaffeebehälter und Milch steht daneben).

Anreise Katastrophe, wir haben mehrere Stunden uns durchgefragt in Zlatibor (einschließlich Touristenzentrum und Kulturzentrum) nach dem Hotel und keiner wußte so richtig wo und wie. Nach mehreren Stunden Suche trafen wir einen freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Taxifahrer Ljubomir Penezic und er recherchierte für das Hotel. Ergebnis: Hotel "Zlatibor Mount" existiert nicht mit diesem Namen hier, sondern es ist das Hotel "Hotel IRIS", wo wir mehrmals vorbeigefahren. Booking.com sollte Ihre angebotenen Unterkünfte im Internet richtig und genau vor Ort selbst recherchieren. Sehr, sehr schlechte Leistung von booking.com!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im Hotel kein Restaurant zum Essen vorhanden, nur Getränke bzw. Bar, Parkplätze sehr begrenzt und im Hinterhof sehr eng für größere Fahrzeuge. In der Unterkunft 2.Zimmer (Schlafzimmer) sehr dunkel, kein normales Fenster vorhanden, nur Dachfenster, abgedunkelt und nicht bzw. schwierig zu öffnen. Als wunderbaren Abschluß war noch die Rechnung etwas höher, als in booking.com. Aufgrund fehlender Sprachkenntnisse in Serbisch merken wir erst später, daß auch das Frühstück u.a. mit extra berechnet wurde, obwohl es laut Bookingcom im Endpreis enthalten ist.
