Uz male korekcije lep I prijatan hotel za odmor.

Svidela mi se lokacija. Mir I tišina spolja. Enterijer sobe I hotela u celini zaista lep I neobican. Prisustvo spa kompleksa sa bazenom, saunom I toplim kupatilom. Ljubazno osoblje. Dobar dorucak. Pristojna cena.

U sobi malo veca buka od grejanja pa smo ga morali iskljuciti u toku noci. Previse hlora u bazenu Miris se preneo na svu odecu što smo nosili bez obzira na tusiranje I bio je neprijatan po zdravlje.. Malo peskira I nedostatak drzaca za peskire u kupatilu.

Only that in the spa, older people or people with the difficult walk, cant use it ,as the there are not the special Stepa or entrance for them.

I will not visit again

It had a swimming pool and looked okay overall.

My biggest problem in my stay was that the AC wasn't working at all. It was too too hot in the room. Then I had to open the terrace door and it was a party there. I couldn't sleep from the party the whole night. And then when the party ends a storm starts so it wakes me up again. I had to close the door. It was super hot and no breath inside. So I couldn't sleep the whole night and the other thing that the bed was very very hard. I had a back pain in the morning.

Nije lose ali moglo je mnogo bolje

Dorucak je najbolji deo ovog smestaja, veliki izbor i sve preukusno. Sauna i parno kupatilo su vrlo lep detalj iako vrlo mali, lepo funkcionisu. Bazen takodje, vrlo mali (deset ljudi maksimum moze da funkcionise u njemu u isto vreme) ali je opet super imati ga, deca ga obozavaju.

Ima vise zamerki, pocevsi od cistoce vode bazena, svakog dana je voda bila prepuna nekakvih truncica, kao da se nikada ne cisti. Hotel je jako lep ali oronuo, kao da se ne odrzava adekvatno. Nepostojeci drzac za peskir (peskir za ruke smo kacili na fen), polomljen dispanzer za sapun, polomljeno svetlo, kanta itd. U kuhinji postoji ketler ali ne postoji ni jedna uticnica za njega pa ako vam treba vruca voda morate ketler da stavite na pod pored terase. Nov (navodno cist) carsaf ima brdo fleka. Onaj vodopad kraj bazena koji vidite na slikama ne radi niti je ikada pusten. U sobi nas je docekalo 18 stepeni, kotao nije radio i taj problem nije resen do kraja naseg boravka. Dobili smo grejalicu na koju smo se dogrejavali. Bojler nema kapacitet da se dve odrasle osobe i dva deteta istusiraju, cetvrta osoba koja se kupa zavrsava ledenom vodom. Na rezervaciji je bilo naglaseno da u cenu ulazi i kasni check out (do 11h), receno nam je da moramo da se odjavimo do 10h, kada smo pitali za kasni check out receno nam je da ne postoji. Reakcije domacina na bilo koji problem su vrlo nezadovoljavajuce, pocevsi od toga koliko im je potrebno da reaguju (kao za kotao) pa do toga koliko ih zanima da li je problem resen.

Curățenia, mâncarea de la micul dejun _foarte bună și variata.

Nu funcționează TV, nu are toate piesele necesare pentru conectare, sauna funcționează doar între orele 18 _20, la intensitate mica.

Doručak srednji, lokacija dobra

Za dorucak nema kafe, nema vode, nema soka, limunada razblazena, ni ne oseti se limun. Bazen strasno prljav, u vodi pliva smeće, posle prigovora su ugasili svetlo u bazenu da se ne vidi prljava voda.. Sauna nije topla, parno kupatilo nema zastitu za paru... Svi smo se ipekli parom... U tusevima nema tecnostii, wc nema tecnosti, nema wc papir...

Lep enterijer i sve je uredjeno sa stilom. Miran deo Zlatibora. Dobar restoran.

Neke sitne stvari poput nedostatka posteljine za srugi krevet, falila je drška za ormar, police u ormaru padaju, brava na kupatilu ispada. Ne postoji mesto gde bi se osusile stvari i peskiri posle bazena. Kreveti puni mrvica i prosuto je bilo nesto po njima. Razvaljene merdevine na bazenu sto otezava izlazak iz njega.

Sve je bilo uredno i čisto. Apartmani su dovoljno veliki i sadrže sve potrebno za ugodan odmor. Osoblje je ljubazno. Odlična lokacija sa puno parking mesta.

Hrana (ručak) u restoranu je bila ispod svih očekivanja. Male porcije i po našem ukusu - neukusno. Doručak je okej, solidan izbor, ukusno.

Nov sređen hotel / Lepa priroda

Nov hotel, na zaista živopisnom mestu. Svaka soba je odlično opremljena . Vrlo ie blizu centru Zlatibora , a dovoljno daleko da se izbegne urbanističko ludilo nekada lepog mesta. Doručak je solidan,dovoljno za ovaj tip hotela i cenu. Kafa i čaj treba da budu bolji. Restoran je preskup , na nivou skupih beogradskih restorana , a hrana na nivou niže srednje klase . Personal hotela je ljubazan i predusretljiv . Cena za smeštaj je zaista fer i hotel je za svaku preporuku .

Sve je bilo na visokom nivou od hrane do higijene u apartmanu . Raznovrsna hrana i čisti uredni apartmani . Bazen i SPA takođe uredni i čisti. Topla voda u bazenu bez velike gužve. Lokacija udaljena od cirkusa u centru . Sve pohvale za Anu !

Apartman hladan,spa i u bazenu ledeno. Sadrzaji sauna i ostalo nije se ni ukljucivalo. Razumem da nije bio kapacitet gostiju,ali cim se svi sadrzaji nude i kazu da je sve u funkciji onda treba i da radi,ko za 2 gosta kao za 100. Peskiri i mantili nigde. Fotelja u apartmanu koja je na slici nigde. U 7 h ujutru lupanje u hodniku i apartmanu popravka do sami apartmana gde gosti jos spavaju. Padao je prvi sneg i niko da ocisti da vozila krenu sa parkinga ,vec sami to uradite sa lopatom. Odmor od dva dana se sveo u prehlade od hladnoce i fiskulturom i ciscenjem snega da podje te kuci sto pre.

Punkt noclegowy do Czarnogóry grupa przyjaciół na motorach. Opisy na booking był piękny, zdjęcia też lecz na miejscu zobaczyliśmy niezły wygwizdów ściany i sufity zalane. Przy opadach a spaliśmy niby w apartamencie myślałem że blacha odleci. W łazience gniazdko nie zamontowane kinkiety rozwalone i wisienka na torcie śniadanie w cenie lecz bez kawy i soku za które trzeba dopłacić i to słono.

Lokacija nam se dopala, kao i pogled sa terase. Parno kupatilo mi je bilo odlično. Doručak je bio raznovrsan.

Ne znam kakvi su ostali apartmani, ali naš je bio toliko prljav, da nam se gadilo bilo gdje da sjednemo. Kupatilo je užasno, iz odvoda smrdi. Sve je flekavo, prljavo, puno paučine, kao da nije usisano i obrisano vijekovima. Baš šteta za onakav potencijal. Napisano je da u spa dobijamo papuče, peškire i bademantile i tek kad smo se sa četvrtog sprata spustile, rečeno nam je da ništa od toga ne dobijamo, već moramo koristiti peškire iz svog apartmana (koji su puni žutih fleka). Takođe, u apartmanu nema normalnog sapuna, a o šamponu i gelu za tuširanje da ne govorim. Bazen je preprljav, ne može da se diše od hlora, sve je razvaljeno. Džakuzi nije u funkciji, pun je prljavštine. Sve u svemu, katastrofa.

Ресторан — очень вкусная еда (хотя цены выше среднего, но это ожидаемо для ресторана при отеле). Красивые и спокойные природные окрестности. Бассейн работал.

Рецепция была пуста в 20:30 — не к кому было обратиться. Не было одеяла для ребёнка. Не работал свет в спальне. После жалобы сказали, что кто-то возможно придёт починить, но только если мы останемся ждать в номере. Не было столовых приборов (ложек и вилок) на кухне. В ванной на внутренней стороне двери висели влажные полотенца — судя по всему, от предыдущих гостей. На балконе симпатичные кресла, но одна подушка была разорвана, из неё сыпались кусочки пенопласта. Номер находился на 4-м этаже без лифта — неудобно, особенно с ребёнком и вещами. Сауна не работала. Оплата возможна только наличными. Ручка входной двери была плохо закреплена и выскальзывала — из-за этого ключ в замке с трудом проворачивался. Нужно было нащупать «правильное положение», чтобы дверь открыть. Перед приездом мы отправили сообщение через Booking с просьбой подтвердить, что можно приехать с собакой, и напомнили, что мы с ребёнком. Ответа так и не получили.

Doručak je bio korektan. Osoblje je vrlo prijatno. Dovoljno mesta za parkiranje. Udaljeno od urbane zone na Zlatiboru, pa se može uživati u miru i tišini.

Plaćanje samo u gotovini. Gradnja objekata u okolini. Nema lokalnih, domaćih proizvoda u ponudi za doručak. Malo je komplikovana upotreba grejne ploče.
