Cosy 3-room flat in a renovated chalet on the shores of Lake Geneva. Ideal for a couple or family. Large garden with direct access to the lake. Private pontoon, kayak, SUP and Vélos available. The owner lives on site in a second building.
The medieval village of St-Prex is picturesque, the village has many infrastructures (shops, restaurants, doctor, dentist, train, bus, boats, ....), ideally located on Lake Geneva (20 min from Lausanne, 40 min from Geneva).

The accommodation is spread over two floors:

- First floor, large living room (28m2) with fitted kitchen, table for 5 people, TV corner, sofa bed (140x200), 1 bedroom with single bed, bathroom (WC, shower), large balcony/terrace with lake and alpine view.
- Second floor: bedroom with double bed, bathroom (bath, WC) and balcony.
