Waterfront house, Port-Ripaille, Thonon + mooring place

House in the heart of the lakeside city of Port-Ripaille, ideally located on the shores of Lake Geneva, with a neat decoration. Very bright house, parquet floor and white paneling.

The accommodation
Waterfront villa (4 to 6 people) in Port-Ripaille (private lakeside town, between Thonon and Evian) on the shores of Lake Geneva (Haute-Savoie), direct view of the lake. 10 minutes from the thermal baths and the golf course! We are about 1/2 hour/45 minutes from the ski resorts!!
2 bedrooms + 1 small bedroom on the mezzanine:
- 1 double bed,
- 1 double bed,
- 2 single bed on the mezzanine
Mezzanine TV area, open equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, small garden, terrace (large electric blind) on the canal (inappropriate for young children) with pontoon and mooring ring to put your boat.
In the area with free access: swimming pool (June to September), tennis, table tennis, clubhouse restaurant, children's play area, lake access.
Very well equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer section, coffee maker, TV.
